Enrollment 2022 - 2023

Beginning Tuesday, April 19th we will open the enrollment process for the 2022-2023 school year.  We are opening this enrollment process to both current and new in-district or Anderson transfer students.  For new in district students, to access the online enrollment portal, you will need to email rshope@andersontrojans.org and include in the email your full name, a valid phone number that can receive text messages, your physical address and an email address. If you are a current transfer student into Anderson, your transfer will carry over for the new school year, you do not need to complete a new Student Transfer Application.  For new transfers, please fill out the form below.

As mentioned above the enrollment process will begin on Tuesday, April 19th, we will again be enrolling for the 2022-2023 school year via our online enrollment process. If you do not have the ability to enroll online from home there will be computers available in the main office for you to enroll. If you need this option please schedule a time during school hours.  You will need your login information and password (same as what you used to enroll for the current school year) in order to enroll online via the Student Record Portal.  If you are unable to remember your username, please contact Ms. Renae in the office at rshope@andersontrojans.org and she can resend a link in order to receive your username and reset your password for the Student Records Portal.  As a reminder, you can access the Student Records Portal at ok.wengage.com/Anderson.  As with the process last year, there will be required forms to complete and forms that are optional.  Please ensure you have current phone numbers for all contacts listed under the Relations tab for your student(s) and their relationship to the student(s).  Also, under the Relations tab, please list anyone who will be an emergency contact and/or have pick up rights for your student, you must provide a minimum of two emergency contacts in order for enrollment to be complete.  

For your new student enrollment, please ensure you have the following documents to upload into the Student Records Portal:

  • Proof of Residency

    • Current Utility Bill reflecting the service address (Gas, Electric or Water only)

    • Mortgage Agreement

    • Home/Apartment Lease Agreement

    • Residency Affidavit

    • Completed Emergency Transfer Packet (only if you reside outside of district)

  • State Issued Birth Certificate

  • Current Immunization Record (for information regarding required immunizations for attending a public school please visit the Oklahoma Department of Health website at http://imm.health.ok.gov)

  • If you complete the Title VI Indian Education form, ensure you complete the tribal address (addresses are located on page three of this form) as well as upload both the Tribal Membership Card and CDIB Card (Certified Degree of Indian Blood).

Some additional information to know is that if your student will be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade this coming school year, we will be providing elective information prior to the new school year.  At that time, we will communicate what electives will be available (these are subject to change) and the process on how to request those electives.  Anderson will again offer an After School Care program.  More information about this program will be coming out prior to our next school year.
